PATIENT ADVOCATE
Part-time, 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 0900-500
The PRC is seeking a Patient Advocate that will serve the PRC as a trained lay counselor through programs including, but not limited to, pregnancy options counseling, STI counseling, and emotional and spiritual support. This candidate will work with the Center Director towards administrating overall patient care. This candidate will work in Radford on Monday and Wednesday and Blacksburg on Thursday and provide coverage in Wytheville periodically as needed.
Qualifications:

- Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of human life.

- Skilled in interpersonal relations, communication, compassionate caregiving, and discerning lay counseling.
- Demonstrated administrative, organizational and writing skills.
- Current and relevant computer skills (Microsoft Office, patient management tools, etc).
- Self-motivated, dependable, independent and responsible.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
- Two years’ experience in a human/social services field desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in human/social services preferred.
Donor Development Director
Full time 40 hrs/week with benefits, Blacksburg office , M-F 900-500
The Donor Development Director will encourage, maintain, and increase the awareness and effectiveness of the ministry by sharing the PRC mission in the community, building relationships with supporters and growing the support base throughout southwest Virginia. The Donor Development Director will actively share God’s story in the PRC ministry to highlight the PRC’s mission and goals to pastors, individuals, churches, college campus groups, youth groups, businesses and organizations in the community. The Donor Development Director will engage as needed with staff training and events. The Donor Development Director reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer to carry out the mission and vision of the PRC Board of Directors.

NRV Center Director
Full time 40 hrs/week with benefits, Blacksburg office , M-F 900-500
The Center Director is responsible for managing our PRC centers in Radford and Blacksburg. The Center Director will manage all staff to develop and implement all Valley Women Clinic client programs for the PRC, including but not limited to pregnancy options counseling, STI counseling, and the daily operations of patient coordination. The Center Director will implement all Policies and Procedures approved by the CEO and PRC Board of Directors.
Hours: 40 hrs per week
Reports to: PRC CEO
Supervises: NRV Patient Coordinator, NRV Patient Advocate

Event Manager
Part time 25 hrs/week, Blacksburg office, M-Th, between 900-500
The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing the PRC’s fundraising and supporter events, including, but not limited to, the Baby Bottle Campaign, Annual Fundraising Banquet, Walk for Life, Pastor Events and community events. The Event Coordinator plans, implements, and coordinates community activities and fundraising efforts that will cultivate engagement with supporters. Through well executed events, the Event Coordinator will encourage, maintain, and increase the awareness and effectiveness of the mission of the PRC. The Event Coordinator represents the PRC in churches and other community platforms, as needed. The Events Coordinator works closely with the Donor Development Director to carry out the mission and vision of the CEO and PRC Board of Directors.

Communications Manager
Part Time, 25-30 hrs/week, M-Th, Blacksburg office between 900-500
The Communications Manager manages all communications and client outreach resources to promote the mission of the PRC. Promotions include, but are not limited to materials for donor events, client outreach events, fundraisers, regular written publications, website information and more. The Communications Manager implements the VWC’s client outreach plan in the community. By utilizing a professional team of designers, marketing professionals, and website professionals, the Communications Manager will create and distribute and promote online and physical materials to use with donors and potential clients. The Communications Manager works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Doner Development Director to carry out the mission and vision of the PRC Board of Directors.

Patient Coordinator (Wytheville)
Part time 16-18 hrs/week, Tu/Wed 830-500

This position supports client services staff via data entry, clerical duties, and general office management. The Patient Coordinator reports directly to and works closely with the Center Director to carry out the mission and vision of the PRC Board of Directors.
